As we go through life, we experience trauma or intense emotional situations. When these experiences are not released, we create an adaptation pattern to get through life. To stay "safe" or to "keep it together". Everything is energy. This energy gets stored in the body (somatic). This energy creates issues within the body and clouds the lens through which we view the world. Once this energy is liberated, the energy channels in our body can start to flow. This creates ease within the body and the energy field. This can free up your mind of ruminating thoughts, allowing you to express emotions, or energize your life force field to take action. Your body keeps the score. It's time to liberate this energy to live the life you have always dreamed of. There is so much more to this healing than I can explain in a paragraph. It's much deeper. You will have to come experience it in person for a better understanding.
